Hey @zebug, good question. Looking at all tournaments in our database from the past weekend (Sept 26 - Oct 5), I can see no Canadian Regional Championship or Japanese Regional Championship entries. The closest hits from the keyword search were a "Modern RC Super Qualifier" (an MTGO event on Oct 3) and a US RCQ from Sept 26, neither of which match what you're describing.
There is one Japanese-language tournament in the results from Sept 27 ("第12εγΏγͺγ¨γΏγγγͺγΌγγ³" - a Minato Mirai Open event), but that appears to be a local Japanese paper event, not a Regional Championship.
So the short answer is no, those specific Regional Championship events do not appear to be in the database yet. This likely means the decklists haven't been published or ingested into our data sources yet. RC decklists from paper events can sometimes take a few days to a week to become available depending on how Wizards and the regional organizers release them. Keep an eye out for them to appear soon.
